Complete the application form on the Levoit Affiliate Programme page. Please provide accurate contact details, social media handles and information about your content.

Applications may take up to 14 working days to process and you will be notified of the outcome via email. In the event of an overwhelming response, the reviewing process will take up to 20 business days to complete.

Once approved, we will reach out to you and contact you further. You will receive a unique affiliate link and discount code to share with your audience. Eligible purchases attributed to your link or code will earn commission based on your monthly sales tier.

You can earn up to 9% commission rate for all your sale proceeds. It will be based on an internal system that will be shared with you once you are approved.

Do note that the commission is only calculated based on completed orders and exclude cancelled or refunded orders.

Only purchases completed on levoit.sg through your affiliate link or code qualify for commission. Orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, retail stores or other third-party platforms are not eligible unless specifically stated.

No. Affiliate discount codes cannot be combined with other vouchers, discount codes or promotional offers unless Levoit Singapore expressly states otherwise.

If another voucher is used instead, the affiliate discount may not apply and the order may not be attributed to you.

An eligible sale must be successfully completed, paid for and attributed to your affiliate link or code.

Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, test and replacement orders are not eligible. Commission affected by a return, refund or chargeback may be withheld or reversed.

Approved commission is processed at the start of the following month once your payable balance reaches the minimum threshold of S$50.

If your balance is below S$50, it will be carried forward until the threshold is reached. Your commission will not be forfeited solely because it is below S$50.

Commission will be paid by bank transfer using the payment details submitted through your affiliate account. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their details are accurate and updated.

Tracking can be affected when customers:

• Do not use your affiliate link or code
  
• Clear or block cookies
  
• Use another affiliate’s link afterwards
  
• Apply another voucher or discount code
  
• Cancel, refund or return the order
  

Contact the affiliate support team with the order details if you believe an eligible sale was recorded incorrectly.

Yes. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote Levoit or share your affiliate link or code. The disclosure must be easy to notice and comply with the advertising requirements of the relevant platform and market.

You may use materials officially supplied or approved by Levoit Singapore for the programme. Do not modify Levoit’s logo, make unsupported product claims or present yourself as an employee or official representative of Levoit.

Levoit may suspend or remove affiliates involved in fraud, spam, false product claims, unauthorised discount sharing, misuse of brand assets or other breaches of the programme terms. Invalid or fraudulent transactions may result in the forfeiture of outstanding commission.
