I acknowledge that for climate voucher usage, discount will be applied during checkout.

I (the customer) will need to come down to the retail store located at 70 Bendemeer Road #01-01, Singapore 339940 to redeem and use my climate voucher.

My order is only confirmed and secured once the Climate Voucher has been successfully redeemed at the retail store. Until redemption is completed in person, stock is not reserved or allocated to my order, and the order remains incomplete regardless of online payment status.

Once the climate voucher claim is completed, the order will be shipped to me. No collection of the item is required at the store — delivery will be arranged after the voucher redemption is done.
