Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Levoit Singapore Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). The Programme is operated by DM Dasher Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202004070D), trading as and operating Levoit Singapore (“Levoit”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By submitting an application, accepting these Terms, using an affiliate link or code, or continuing to participate after approval, you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) agree to these Terms and the Affiliate Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Application
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you act for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

You must provide complete, current and accurate application, contact, payment and tax information. Applications are subject to Levoit’s approval and participation cannot be transferred without written consent. You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent or partner, and remain responsible for your own costs, taxes and legal obligations.

2. Affiliate links, Codes and Attribution
Levoit may provide unique tracking links, discount codes or other identifiers (“Affiliate Tools”). Do not share them for an unauthorised purpose, alter or manipulate tracking, create self-referrals, use fake or duplicate orders, force clicks, stuff cookies, generate artificial traffic or otherwise misuse the Programme.

Levoit may investigate suspected misuse, suspend or terminate your account, invalidate affected sales, and withhold or reverse commission connected to the misuse. Valid commission not affected by the misuse remains payable after verification.

An eligible sale must be genuine, completed, fully paid, correctly attributed by the affiliate platform and approved by Levoit. Eligible sales exclude delivery charges, taxes, gift cards, cancelled, refunded or returned items, chargebacks, fraudulent or test orders, replacements and other amounts reasonably excluded by Levoit.

Tracking may be affected by cookie choices, ad blockers, device or browser changes, deletion of cookies or another referral source. Levoit cannot guarantee that every referral will be tracked. Platform and Levoit records will determine attribution unless there is a clear error.

3. Monthly Commission Tiers
Your commission rate is based on the total net eligible sales for each calendar month. Tiers are assessed and reset monthly.

The rate achieved for that month applies to the approved net eligible sales recorded for that same month. Levoit may adjust commission for later returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, calculation errors or breaches. Raise a commission dispute within 30 days of the statement, with supporting details.

4. Payouts
Approved commission is processed by bank transfer at the start of the following month once your payable balance reaches S$50. If the balance is below S$50, it carries forward to later months until the threshold is reached; it is not forfeited merely because it is below the threshold.

Payment remains subject to order verification and any applicable return or fraud checks. You must provide correct bank details. Bank processing time, rejected transfers or compliance checks may delay receipt. Levoit may offset confirmed reversals or amounts owed against future commissions.

5. Discounts and Promotions
Unless Levoit states otherwise, an affiliate code cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount code or promotion unless Levoit expressly states otherwise for a specific campaign. Promotions, prices, stock, gifts, bundles, voucher rules and discount compatibility can change. Confirm current details before publishing and remove or update expired claims promptly.

6. Content and Disclosure Rules
• Clearly disclose the commercial relationship in every relevant post, for example “Ad”, “Sponsored by Levoit” or “Affiliate link - I may earn a commission”. Keep the disclosure easy to notice.
• Use truthful, current product information and only claims supplied or approved by Levoit. Do not make unsupported health, medical, environmental, certification, price or performance claims.
• Do not publish fake reviews, misleading demonstrations, spam, fabricated urgency or unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or unsafe content.
• Follow applicable laws, platform rules, campaign briefs and the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice.

7. Brand Assets and Paid Advertising
Levoit grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence during your participation to use approved Levoit names, logos, product images and campaign materials solely to promote the Programme in accordance with Levoit’s brand instructions.

Do not modify logos, register or use domains, social handles, keywords, account names or paid-search advertising that contain or imitate Levoit or related trade marks without written permission.

You retain ownership of original content you create. Where Levoit asks to repost or use that content beyond ordinary platform sharing, the applicable campaign brief or separate written agreement will define the licence, duration, territory, media and any fee.

You must promptly stop using Levoit assets and remove Programme claims when your participation ends or Levoit requests removal for a reasonable brand, legal or accuracy concern.

8. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end participation at any time by written notice. Levoit may suspend links, codes, access or payments while investigating suspected fraud, legal risk, security issues or a material breach.

Levoit may terminate immediately for fraud, manipulation, serious or repeated non-compliance, misuse of personal data or intellectual property, misleading claims, or conduct reasonably likely to cause material harm. After termination, you must stop presenting yourself as a Levoit affiliate and stop using Affiliate Tools and brand assets. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable after verification, except commission affected by a breach, fraud, reversal or other permitted adjustment.

Clauses intended by their nature to continue, including payment adjustments, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnity, privacy and dispute provisions, survive termination.

9. Warranties and Liability
The Programme, Affiliate Tools and reporting are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Levoit does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, any level of traffic, sales, commission or continued participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Levoit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from the Programme.

You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful or misleading content, infringement, misuse of personal data or unauthorised promises, except to the extent caused by Levoit. Levoit’s total programme liability will not exceed commission paid or payable to you in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Programme or Terms
Levoit may change commission rates, eligibility, tiers, benefits, tools, exclusions or these Terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through email, the affiliate platform or the Programme page, unless an earlier change is required for law, security, fraud prevention or platform operation.

Continuing to participate after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Affiliate Tools and terminate participation before the change takes effect.

11. General
These Terms, the Affiliate Privacy Policy, the applicable campaign brief and any written offer form the agreement between you and Levoit for the Programme. If they conflict, a specific written campaign term prevails for that campaign, followed by these Terms.

You may not assign this agreement without Levoit’s written consent. Levoit may assign it as part of a business transfer, restructuring or transfer of Programme operations.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.

These terms are governed by Singapore law and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Programme notices may be sent to your registered email.
