Affiliate Privacy Policy

This Affiliate Programme Privacy Policy explains how DM Dasher Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202004070D), trading as and operating Levoit Singapore (“Levoit”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores and otherwise handles personal data relating to applicants and participants in the Levoit Singapore Affiliate Programme.

By participating in the Affiliate program, you agree to the rules outlined in this Privacy Policy, as well as all other terms and conditions. You must not access the affiliate marketing system if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our privacy practices or for other functional, legal, or regulatory reasons. You agree to the amended rules if you continue to use our affiliate program after these changes are made.


1. Personal Data We Collect
• Identity and contact details, business information, age eligibility and application responses.
• Social handles, websites, public content, audience and campaign information.
• Account, device, browser, IP address, cookie, tracking and security information.
• Clicks, referrals, attributed orders, eligible sales, tier, commission, returns and adjustments.
• Bank, payment, invoice and tax information reasonably needed to process and record payouts.
• Communications, support requests, policy acceptance, content reviews, complaints and investigation records.
 
2. How We Collect Personal Data
• Directly from you when you apply, create or update an account, contact us, submit content or payment details, accept terms, or participate in campaigns and events.
• Automatically through the affiliate platform, cookies, pixels, links, codes, logs and similar technologies when Affiliate Tools or Programme pages are used.
• From referred customer transactions, limited to the data reasonably required to attribute, validate and calculate commission. Affiliates should not receive customer personal data unless separately authorised and necessary.
• From public sources and platforms, such as your public creator profile, website and published promotional content.
• From service providers and business partners that support hosting, e-commerce, analytics, affiliate tracking, fraud prevention, communications, payment or professional advice.
 
3. Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure
• Assessing applications, confirming eligibility and administering affiliate accounts.
• Creating and operating Affiliate Tools; attributing referrals; validating orders; calculating, reporting and paying commission.
• Managing tiers, benefits, product experiences, events, collaborations, campaign briefs and Affiliate support.
• Communicating operational notices, policy updates, Programme opportunities and, where permitted, marketing communications.
• Reviewing content and Programme conduct; maintaining brand safety; detecting fraud, misuse, security incidents and policy breaches.
• Handling disputes, complaints, refunds, audits, legal claims and regulatory requests.
• Maintaining financial, tax, contractual and consent records and meeting legal obligations.
• Analysing and improving the Programme, including aggregated performance and channel insights.
• Any other purpose notified to you at collection or for which you provide consent, and any purpose permitted or required by law.
 
4. Cookies and Affiliate Tracking
• Affiliate Tools may place or read cookies and similar identifiers to record a referral and connect it with a later transaction. These technologies may record the affiliate identifier, campaign, referral URL, device/browser data and timestamp.
• Tracking is subject to the user’s cookie choices and technical environment. Where consent is required for a cookie or similar technology, it should not be activated before valid consent is obtained. Affiliates must not place Levoit tracking technologies on their own properties except as expressly authorised and must provide any legally required notice or consent mechanism.
 
5. Disclosure to Other Organisations
We may disclose relevant personal data to:
• Affiliate-platform, e-commerce, website-hosting, cloud, analytics, communications, security and customer-support providers;
• Banks, payment processors, accounting providers and tax or audit advisers;
• Levoit brand owners, campaign partners and related companies where reasonably required to administer an approved activity;
• Professional advisers, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where required or permitted by law.
 
6. Protection and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, such as access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, vendor controls and secure transfer or storage measures. No system is completely secure.

We retain personal data only while it is reasonably needed for the Programme, payment, dispute handling, fraud prevention, audit, tax, legal or business purposes. We then delete, anonymise or cease retaining it in identifiable form where the purpose is no longer served and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business reasons.
 
7. Accuracy and Your Responsibilities
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data used for decisions, payments or disclosures is accurate and complete. You must keep your contact, bank, tax and account details current and protect your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
 
8. Access, Correction and Enquiries
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it was used or disclosed, or request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect Programme, technology, service-provider or legal changes. We will publish the revised version and its effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Where required, we will obtain fresh consent.
